Our beliefs about the habit we have must be seen in light of truth, and we must no longer see our habit as a friend but something we really want out of our lives. What is presented here are negative or harmful habits, or perhaps irritating ones that we would like to change. Life would be most difficult if we had to actually think through how to eat or dress on a daily basis. Habits are formed early in life, and most are benign, helpful, necessary for healthy living. Brief Explanation: A bad habit is anything we do repeatedly that move us away from relationship with God or others. Also, bad habits may result from a customary manner or practice, which can become an addiction, especially to a mood altering drug. Definition: A bad habit is a recurrent, often unconscious pattern of behavior that is acquired through frequent repetition, or an established disposition of the mind or character.
